Georgia Loyalists (Traitors)

St. Augustine, Florida
After the Revolutionary War ended, a traitor's list was published containing the names of the loyalists and their properties confiscated.  If you are a member of Georgia Pioneers, the details of the confiscated lands is found here.  Many loyalists escaped into North Florida, while others went to Barbadoes. Pictured is St. Augustine which was settled by the Spanish in the 16th century, later French Huguenots and an assortment of Europeans.  Another place to search!
